Concrete Crew Supervisor - Residential Flatwork

Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Concrete Laborer to join our team. We are a fast-growing residential concrete contractor with a reputation for quality, reliability, and long-standing customer relationships. Our recent surge in demand means we’re expanding—and we’re looking for a secondForemanto build out and lead a new crew focused on patios, walkways, driveways, and steps. Duties • Lead a 3–5 man crew performing residential flatwork from start to finish • Read job scopes, coordinate materials, and drive job site productivity • Set up forms, pour and finish concrete, and ensure top-tier workmanship • Train and mentor laborers and finishers under your supervision • Communicate with the office and customers to keep jobs on schedule • Maintain equipment and enforce safety and quality standards Requirements • 3+ years of experience in residential concrete flatwork • Proven leadership on job sites—ideally as a crew lead or foreman • Strong finishing skills (broom, float, edge, stamp, etc.) • Ability to read site plans and adapt to field conditions • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation • Bilingual (Spanish/English) is a plus Why Join Us? • Be part of a growing team with real opportunity for advancement • Run your own crew with autonomy and backing from the office • Well-maintained equipment and strong back-office support Job Type: Full-time Pay: $25.00 - $28.00 per hour Expected hours: 40 per week Schedule: • 8 hour shift • Monday to Friday Ability to Commute: • Camden, NJ 08105 (Required) Work Location: In person
