Concrete Form Carpenter

Looking to hire concrete form carpenters, laborers, and/or concrete finishers with knowledge in foundations, flatwork, both residential and light commercial. We are a small company that pays very close attention to details, doing quality work, not cutting corners, and providing an aesthetically please structurally sound finished product. We do both foundations/light commercial work and residential flatwork about half and half. - Preferred 3-5+ Experience in the Concrete Trade - Also looking for a hardworking, ready to work and learn candidate, with less experience. - Looking for more of a carpenter/form setter skill set but skill in concrete finishing is not frowned up - Individuals able to read plans, lay out, and/or run a job will offered high end competitive pay but is not required. - Knowledge and skill is preferred over speed, although speed will be considered. - Able to tye rebar using wire reel and plyers - Willing and Able to work up to 10 hours a day if needed, typical day is 8 hours. - Must own and wear full carpenter bags with necessary hand tools (All power tools provided by company) - Concrete finishing experience is a plus but is not necessary for this position. - Preferred candidate would like to grow to become a foreman for the company and run jobs with a small crew. - Experience in ordering materials, concrete, rebar, is a plus but not completely necessary. - Candidate must be willing to learn and accept our company's way of doing things and construction methods.
