As a Concrete Laborer, you will be involved in multiple projects, ensuring high-quality workmanship and adherence to safety standards. Responsibilities • Assist in the installation and restoration of concrete structures and surfaces. • Utilize hand tools and equipment for various tasks related to concrete forming and finishing. • Perform caulking and stucco work as needed to ensure proper sealing and finishing of surfaces. • Collaborate with carpenters for frame carpentry tasks related to concrete projects. • Support flooring installation efforts by preparing surfaces and assisting with material handling. • Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to safety protocols at all times. • Follow project plans and specifications accurately to meet quality standards. Skills • Proficient in the use of hand tools relevant to concrete work. • Knowledge of concrete forming techniques and practices. • Experience with caulking, stucco application, and flooring installation preferred. • Ability to perform frame carpentry tasks that complement concrete installations. • Strong attention to detail with a focus on quality craftsmanship. • Excellent teamwork skills with the ability to communicate effectively on-site.
