Concrete Repair Assistant

Position Overview: Baird Foundation Repair is looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Concrete Repair Assistant to support our growing team. No concrete repair experience is needed! This is an ideal role for someone who values structure, hands-on work, and wants to build a long-term career in a skilled trade. You will work under the guidance of a Foreman, helping with the installation of concrete repair systems that ensure the safety and stability of our customers' homes. Your responsibilities will include preparing tools and materials, keeping job sites clean and organized, and ensuring all equipment is properly loaded before each project. You’ll follow clear procedures to complete each job safely, efficiently, and to high quality standards. With our Pay Per Job Bonus Structure, many team members earn $22–$30/hour or more! What You Offer: • Knowledge of sales, marketing, and/or customer service principles and practices. Knowledge of construction principles and practices preferred. • Comfortable navigating CRM systems, digital tools, and data-driven platforms to enhance team performance and decision-making. • Associate or bachelor’s degree preferred and 2+ years of sales and/or sales management experience OR a combination of education and experience that illustrates a proven track record in this field. • Ability to analyze sales metrics and use data to improve processes, coach individuals, and align strategy. • Ability to travel to external markets 30% to 50% of the time • A valid driver’s license, a safe driving record, and the ability to drive for the company.
