Starting Pay: $18 per hour Bonus Structure: You'll work in a crew of three. As soon as week 2 you will be eligible for bonuses. Our uncapped bonus structure rewards efficiency. Individuals in your same role, are earning upwards of $22 - 28 per hour on a weekly basis. As a Concrete Repair Apprentice, you'll receive the training, growth, and safety tools needed to excel and advance, with the potential to lead your own crew and take charge in the field. ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS • Be a part of a team that goes above and beyond in service by setting up and maintaining a clean job site. • Perform the work needed to install in-home foundation, and concrete leveling solutions. Your work will leave homeowners grateful and secure, knowing they’re safe in their homes. • Lead with confidence by using tools and installing materials in a safe and efficient way. Your safety and health are our top priority. • Be hard working and reliable. If you’re disciplined and ready to be rewarded for your commitment, we want you on our team. • Load the truck before leaving the company, ensuring everything is needed on the truck. • Offers suggestions that will help the quality, efficiency, or safety of the job. • Assist the Team Lead with a construction team of 2-3 other members. WHAT YOU OFFER • Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record • Ability to lift 50+ pounds • Ability to do physically demanding labor (digging, carrying, lifting, crawling, climbing, kneeling) • Pre-employment screening includes, but isn’t limited to, motor vehicle record and felony/misdemeanor background check • Ability to travel 30% of the time The statements herein are intended to describe the general nature and level of work being performed by employees assigned to this position.
