Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Concrete Laborer to join our construction team. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment. As a Concrete Laborer, you will play a crucial role in the construction process, assisting with various tasks related to concrete installation and finishing. Duties • Assist in the preparation and pouring of concrete for various structures, including foundations, sidewalks, and driveways. • Perform tasks such as mixing concrete, setting forms, and leveling surfaces. • Operate hand tools and power tools safely and efficiently. • Support renovation projects by restoring existing structures and ensuring quality workmanship. • Collaborate with team members to ensure projects are completed on time and to specifications. • Engage in heavy lifting and physical labor as required throughout the workday. • Maintain a clean and organized work environment to promote safety and efficiency. Skills • Proficiency in using hand tools relevant to concrete work. • Experience with drywall installation, trim carpentry, masonry, metal stud framing, and flooring installation is advantageous. • Strong physical stamina for heavy lifting and prolonged periods of standing or moving. • A keen eye for detail to ensure high-quality finishes in all tasks performed. • Willingness to learn new skills related to concrete work and construction practices.
