Construction Financial Controller - Fort Worth

Location: Fort Worth, Texas Job Summary: We are seeking a Controller specializing in Construction to oversee all financial and accounting activities within our construction company. The Controller will be responsible for financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations. Qualifications: • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA certification preferred • Proven experience as a Controller in the construction industry • Strong knowledge of construction accounting, job costing, and financial management software • Experience with financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills • Strong attention to detail and accuracy • Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with cross-functional teams • Familiarity with regulatory requirements in the construction industry Responsibilities: • Oversee all financial activities, including financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting • Manage the accounting department and ensure accurate and timely financial reporting • Implement and maintain internal controls to safeguard company assets • Monitor project financial performance and provide analysis to support decision-making • Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and accounting standards • Collaborate with project managers and executives to provide financial insights and support strategic planning • Develop and maintain financial policies and procedures to support efficient operations • Participate in the development of annual budgets and long-term financial plans • Perform ad hoc financial analysis and reporting, as needed If you are a detail-oriented and experienced Controller with a background in construction, we encourage you to apply for this challenging and rewarding position. #IND2 #LI-KN1
