Construction Laborer

Job Overview We are seeking dedicated and hardworking Construction Laborers to join our team. In this role, you will assist with various construction tasks, ensuring projects are completed safely and efficiently. Ideal candidates will have a strong work ethic, the ability to work as part of a team, and a willingness to learn on the job. Duties • Assist in the preparation and clean-up of construction sites • Load and unload materials and equipment • Operate hand tools and power tools safely and effectively • Follow instructions from supervisors and skilled tradespeople • Perform physical labor including lifting, digging, and carrying materials • Maintain a safe working environment by adhering to safety guidelines • Help with the installation of structures such as walls, floors, and roofs • Collaborate with team members to complete tasks in a timely manner Requirements • Previous experience in construction or labor-intensive roles is preferred but not required • Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting up to 50 pounds • Familiarity with basic hand tools and power tools is a plus • Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety practices • Ability to work in various weather conditions and environments • Must be reliable, punctual, and able to follow directions effectively • Willingness to learn new skills and take on additional responsibilities as needed Job Type: Part-time Pay: $15.00 - $25.00 per hour Expected hours: 20 – 30 per week Benefits: • Opportunities for advancement • Safety equipment provided Work Location: In person
