Construction Laborer

The ideal candidate will assist with a variety of tasks, such as digging, carrying materials, cleaning work areas, and supporting skilled workers. Primary Responsibilities and Duties: • Perform a variety of physical tasks including digging, lifting, carrying, and organizing materials. • Assist in preparing construction sites by clearing debris and setting up equipment. • Operate hand tools and small machinery under the direction of skilled workers. • Maintain a clean and safe work environment. • Follow safety procedures and guidelines at all times. • Assist in loading and unloading materials and supplies. • Work closely with supervisors and crew members to complete tasks on time. Qualifications: • High school diploma or equivalent. • Previous construction labor experience is preferred but not required. • Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physically demanding tasks. • Strong commitment to safety and following safety protocols. • Ability to work in various weather conditions and on uneven terrain. • Good communication and teamwork skills. Requirements • Ability to meet all physical requirements of the role. • Must be able to complete tasks in a noisy and dusty environment • Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions. • Willingness to climb, work at heights, and in confined spaces. • Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed. • Ability to pass pre-access drug and alcohol testing, fit-for-duty medical evaluation, and background check.
