Construction Laborer

Ragle, Inc. is seeking dedicated and hardworking Highway Construction Laborers to join our team. The ideal candidates will assist in the construction, maintenance, and repair of highways, roads, and bridges. Responsibilities include operating various hand and power tools, assisting with setting up and tearing down construction sites, and performing manual labor tasks. This role requires physical stamina, attention to safety protocols, and the ability to work in various weather conditions. • Location: Houston, TX • Hours: Must be flexible to work day, night, or weekend shift • Pay: DOE Key Responsibilities: • Assist in the construction and repair of highways and bridges. • Operate hand tools and power equipment as required. • Load and unload construction materials. • Set up traffic control devices and follow safety guidelines. • Assist in setting up and dismantling scaffolding and temporary structures. • Perform general site clean-up and maintenance. • Follow instructions from supervisors and collaborate with other team members. Qualifications: • Previous experience in construction or related field preferred. • Ability to perform physically demanding tasks and lift heavy objects. • Knowledge of basic construction tools and equipment. • Strong work ethic and reliability. • Willingness to work in various weather conditions and environments. • Must have a valid driving license • Must be able to pass background and drug test • Must be at least 18 years of age • Must be able to work day, night, or weekend shift • Must have reliable transportation to and from work Note: Ragle Inc. is not sponsoring visa's at this time.
