Construction Laborer

MJ Construction Company is seeking a reliable and motivated construction helper to assist with basic installation and general improvement work. No license required — basic construction experience preferred. Paid training will be provided on-site. Responsibilities: • Assist with installing ventilation and exhaust systems • Support team with material handling and basic labor tasks • Follow safety and site procedure Requirements: • Able to work well and follow directions • Basic knowledge of construction tools preferred • Teamwork and clear communication required • Fluent in English or Mandarin Job Types: Full-time, Part-time Pay: $23.92 - $28.81 per hour Benefits: • On-the-job training • Paid training Work Location: In person
