Construction Laborer

Responsibilities • Perform general construction tasks such as demolition, framing, drywall, painting, flooring, and basic carpentry. • Load, unload, and prepare job site materials, tools, and equipment. • Assist skilled tradesmen (electricians, plumbers, carpenters) when needed. • Maintain a clean and safe work environment according to company safety standards. • Follow instructions from supervisors and project managers. • Operate hand tools and power tools safely and effectively. • Report any hazards, damages, or issues on-site immediately. Requirements • Previous construction or remodeling experience preferred (but not required for entry-level). • Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work on your feet for extended periods. • Knowledge of basic hand and power tools. • Must be reliable, punctual, and a team player. • Willingness to learn and follow directions. • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation to job sites. • OSHA safety training (a plus, but not required).
