In this role, you'll support a range of construction activities including but not limited to rough and finish carpentry, some framing, demolition, site prep, and finish work. This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience on large-scale commercial projects while working alongside skilled trades professionals. Job Requirements: β€’ Unload and carry materials at construction sites β€’ Clean up site from debris and discarded material β€’ Operate tools β€’ Set up and take down ladders, scaffolding and other temporary structures β€’ Committed to culture of safety and quality β€’ Assist carpenters and other trades β€’ Other duties as assigned Physical Requirements: β€’ Performing physical activities that require considerable use of your arms and legs and moving your whole body, such as climbing, lifting, balancing, walking, stooping, and handling of materials. β€’ Work in a variety of weather conditions with exposure to the elements. β€’ Good hand-eye coordination, quick reaction times. β€’ Wear a hard hat, safety glasses, gloves, and safety-toed boots. β€’ Walk moderate distances to reach work area up to 1/2 mile β€’ Talk, listen and speak clearly in person and on telephone β€’ Must be able to comply with all safety standards and procedures Thank you so much for considering H&W as your next career opportunity.
