Construction Laborer

About Us:Maintenance Man Unlimited is a trusted, family-owned construction labor and cleanup company with over four decades of experience. We specialize in providing a wide range of construction-related services, including general labor, rough carpentry, skilled labor, hoist elevator operators, flaggers, and more to both small and large general contractors throughout the Greater Puget Sound region. In addition to our core construction labor services, we are expanding our janitorial and building maintenance divisions. Job Summary: This position is for full time laborers. As our company expands we are looking to fill in the gaps. There is a 90 day probation period.We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Laborer to join our team. As a Laborer, you will be responsible for performing various manual tasks to support our operations. This is a hands-on role that requires physical strength and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.Depending on the role, employment may be contingent upon completion of a criminal back check. Duties: - Assist with fabricating materials according to specifications - Load and unload materials from trucks or other vehicles - Operate hand tools to complete assigned tasks - Maintain a clean and organized work area - Follow safety guidelines and protocols at all times - Perform general warehouse duties as required - Operate a forklift to move materials or products as needed Qualifications: - Previous experience in a similar laborer or warehouse role is preferred - Reliable employee, who will consistently show up on time and when scheduled - Strong physical stamina and the ability to lift heavy objects - Familiarity with hand tools and their proper usage - Valid forklift certification is a plus - Ability to work well in a team environment and follow instructions accurately - Excellent attention to detail and time management skills We offer competitive pay rates and opportunities for career advancement within our organization.
