Construction Laborer

Job Overview: We are seeking dedicated and hardworking Construction Laborers to join our team. In this role, you will assist in various construction tasks, ensuring that projects are completed efficiently and safely. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, a willingness to learn, and the ability to work collaboratively with others on-site. Responsibilities: • Assist with setting up and maintaining a clean, organized, and safe job site by removing debris, unloading materials, and preparing work areas for trades. • Load, transport, and distribute construction materials to designated areas on-site, ensuring timely delivery to support ongoing work. • Provide hands-on assistance to carpenters, plumbers, electricians, and other trades as directed by the Superintendent or Project Manager. • Install temporary protection (e.g., floor/wall coverings, barriers), signage, and support safety protocols as outlined in our safety plan. • Assist in receiving and checking deliveries, verifying quantities against packing slips, and ensuring materials are stored securely and appropriately. Qualifications • Previous experience in construction or labor-intensive roles is preferred but not required. • Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 pounds) and perform physical tasks for extended periods. • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship. • Good communication skills and ability to follow directions effectively. • Willingness to learn new skills and take on various responsibilities as needed. • Must be able to work well in a team-oriented environment.
