Construction Laborer

Compensation: Ranging from $22 - $28 per hour, based on experience Position Summary: • Perform general construction labor, including job site clean-up. • Move various construction materials, both by hand and utilizing various transport methods. • Engage in preparation work to ready worksite for installers. • Operate motorized equipment including power tools, saws, etc. • Clean, inspect and perform routine maintenance of equipment and tools. • Load and unload materials, machinery, and tools. • Clean and prepare sites to eliminate possible hazards. Qualifications: Hiring all experience levels. • Must possess strong work ethic and helpful attitude. • Static Strength – should be able to exert maximum muscle force to lift, push, pull and/or carry objects. • Flexibility – should be able to bend, stretch, twist, and reach with your body and extremities. • Have good balance and hand-eye coordination. • Regular, timely, and predictable attendance. • Ability to understand and follow direction. All positions must perform general physical activities which require considerable use of arms, legs, and moving the entire body (i.e. climbing, lifting, balancing, walking, and kneeling).
