Construction Laborer / Handyman

Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Construction Laborer to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist in various construction tasks, ensuring projects are completed efficiently and safely. This role requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and a commitment to following safety protocols on the job site. Duties • Assist skilled tradespeople in the construction of buildings and other structures. • Perform general labor tasks such as digging, lifting, and carrying materials. • Operate hand tools and power tools safely and effectively. • Maintain a clean and organized job site to promote safety and efficiency. • Follow instructions from supervisors and adhere to project timelines. • Use an ohmmeter for electrical measurements when required. • Help with the loading and unloading of materials and equipment. Skills • Basic knowledge of construction practices and procedures. • Ability to operate various hand tools and power tools safely. • Familiarity with using an ohmmeter is preferred. • Strong physical stamina and ability to lift heavy objects. • Excellent teamwork skills with a positive attitude towards collaboration. • Attention to detail and commitment to following safety protocols on the job site. • Good communication skills for effective interaction with team members and supervisors. Daily Operation and Expectation: CONTRACT to HIRE looking for a abled employee must possess diverse skill set encompassing various repair and maintenance tasks. This includes skills in carpentry, plumbing, electrical work, painting, and general maintenance. Has to be self driven and proficient in tasks like Mobile home assembly,remodelling homes, fixture installation, and minor repairs. Adaptability and strong interpersonal skills are also crucial for success in this field. Preference will be given to Veterans. Strictly NO SMOKING OR DRINKING at work sites and during work hours. Back ground check and drug testing is necessary for this job Job Type: Contract Pay: $45,772.12 - $55,123.42 per year Schedule: • 8 hour shift Work Location: On the road
