Construction Laborer

As we continue to grow, we are seeking a motivated and reliable Construction Laborer to join our team. Position Summary: The Construction Laborer will assist with construction, renovation, and repair projects across our multi-family community. This role requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment alongside contractors, supervisors, and property management staff. Responsibilities: • Perform general construction duties including demolition, framing, drywall, painting, and flooring installation. • Assist with site preparation, material handling, and clean-up. • Support skilled trades (carpenters, electricians, plumbers) as needed. • Operate hand and power tools safely and effectively. • Follow all safety policies and procedures to maintain a safe worksite. • Ensure work is completed on time and in line with quality standards. • Assist with unit turns, renovations, and capital improvement projects. • Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members regarding progress and needs. Qualifications: • Prior construction or maintenance experience preferred (multi-family or residential a plus). • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physically demanding tasks. • Knowledge of basic construction tools and materials. • Reliable, punctual, and able to work both independently and as part of a team. • Commitment to maintaining a safe and clean work environment. • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
