Construction Laborer-Non-CDL Driver

Hellas., Inc. headquartered in Austin, TX, is a nationwide company specializing in sports facility construction. We manufacture, install & resurface artificial turfs & synthetic surfaces while completing the design from start to finish.Hellas, Inc. is looking for a skilledDriver/ Laborerto join our team and increase our national presence with extensive traveling. TheConstruction Laborer/Non-CDL Driversafely performs a wide variety of tasks and routine functions throughout the day to support construction activities. Key Responsibilities • Assist in preparing construction sites by clearing areas, setting up, and organizing materials • Load, unload, and transport construction materials • Perform basic construction duties such as digging, leveling, and mixing materials. • Follow safety guidelines and regulations to maintain a safe work environment and use personal protective equipment (PPE) as required • Clean and maintain job sites, ensuring they are tidy and organized for the next phase of construction • Drive both commercial and non-commercial motor vehicles matching current driver’s license Qualifications • *MUST BE OPEN TO TRAVEL 100% OF THE TIME* • Valid Driver's License with clean driving record • Minimum of 1 year of recent construction experience working outdoors. • Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting heavy materials, and working in various weather conditions • Basic knowledge of construction practices and tools; ability to follow instructions and regulations on the job site If you are a self-motivated, skilledGeneral Laborerlooking for a challenging and rewarding career with a growing company, we encourage you to apply for this position.
