About the Role: We’re hiringPrep Work Laborersto handle the crucial early steps of the pool renovation process. This hands-on role is ideal for someone who enjoys physical work, working outdoors, and being part of a skilled team. You’ll help ensure pools are clean, safe, and ready for plaster. We Offer: • Competitive pay based on experience • On-the-job training with room to grow • Steady, full-time work year-round • A supportive and experienced team environment • Benefits and PTO Key Responsibilities: • Perform pool surface prep including chipping, sanding, pressure washing, and acid washing • Remove debris and old surface material • Assist in setting up and breaking down job sites • Operate hand tools and prep equipment • Follow safety procedures and crew leader instructions • Maintain a clean and organized work area What We’re Looking For: • Reliable, punctual, and ready to work early mornings • Comfortable working in outdoor conditions year-round • Physically fit and able to lift 50+ lbs regularly • Team player with a strong work ethic • Construction or pool industry experience is a plus (but not required) • Valid driver’s license preferred Start Your Career with Pool Works, LLC If you're ready to work hard, learn a valuable trade, and grow with a company that values quality and dedication, we want to hear from you.
