Construction Laborer

Job Description: We're on the lookout for experienced Construction Workers to join our team for major renovations and buildouts of commercial and residential properties. As a Construction Worker, you'll be involved in various tasks such as plumbing, framing, sheet rock installation, painting, flooring, carpentry, electrical work, and HVAC, so having experience in these areas is essential. You'll be tackling major renovation projects, reading and interpreting blueprints, and ensuring that all work meets quality standards and safety regulations. Plus, you should be comfortable using basic hand tools to get the job done efficiently. Responsibilities: • Construction Tasks:Take on a variety of construction tasks including plumbing, sheet rock installation, painting, flooring, electrical work, and HVAC as needed. • Team Collaboration:Work closely with your team members to complete projects on time and according to specifications. • Major Renovations and Buildouts:Participate in major renovation projects and buildouts for commercial and residential properties. • Quality Control:Ensure that all work meets quality standards and adheres to safety regulations. • Tool Management:Use basic hand tools effectively and responsibly to complete construction tasks. • Problem-Solving:Identify and address any issues or obstacles that arise during construction projects. Requirements: • Experience:Proven experience in construction with expertise in plumbing, sheet rock installation, painting, flooring, electrical work, and HVAC. • Teamwork:Ability to work effectively as part of a team, communicating and collaborating with colleagues to achieve project goals. • Work Ethic:Demonstrated hardworking and reliable attitude with a commitment to completing tasks efficiently and to a high standard. • Positive Attitude:Possess a positive attitude and willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges. • Basic Hand Tools:Must have basic hand tools and the ability to use them safely and effectively.
