Construction Laborer

Position Summary The Construction Laborer will support superintendents and trades by handling general site tasks such as cleaning, organizing, and moving materials. This is a hands-on position suited for someone dependable, hard-working, and eager to learn more about construction. Key Responsibilities • Perform daily jobsite cleanup (sweeping, debris removal, trash disposal). • Organize, move, and stage construction materials as directed. • Assist trades and site supervisors with basic tasks. • Load and unload deliveries safely. • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment. • Follow safety protocols and company procedures at all times. • Other duties as assigned to support smooth project operations. Requirements • Requires the use of hands to handle objects, tools, devices, or controls. • Must be able to sit, talk, hear, stand, bend, climb, balance, stoop, kneel, and crouch or crawl. • Requires regular exposure to moving mechanical parts, fumes, and/or airborne particles. • Regularly works on construction job sites exposed to the outdoors in all types of weather conditions. • Must occasionally lift and/or move 50+ pounds. • Strong work ethic and positive attitude. • Ability to follow directions and work well as part of a team. • Basic English communication skills (spoken). • Reliable transportation to and from jobsites. • Previous construction experience a plus, but not required.
