Construction Laborer/Operator - Structure Rehab

HK Solutions Group is seekingConstruction Laborers/Operatorsto work out of our Jacksonville, FL location. Average employeewith CDL(Commercial Driver License) will earn$80,000+annually plus benefits! Average employeewithout CDLwill earn$70,000+annually plus benefits! Year-round work. No experience required. CDL (Commercial Driver License) is preferred but not required. Overtime available! Job Functions • Rehabilitate structures with cementitious coating, hydraulic/chemical grout, fiberglass inserts and Monoform • Remove and replace manhole frame and covers • Build new bench and inverts • Seal and stop infiltration around pipe connections, seams and cracks • Install various frame seal products Training we provide • OSHA • Confined Space Entry • CDL (Commercial Driver License) assistance Preferred Skills & Abilities • Concrete and/or construction experience • Experience operating skid steer, mini-excavator, jack hammer, concrete saw and small-hand tools Benefits offered • Medical, Dental, Vision insurance • Paid Time Off (13 days per year) • Paid Holidays (8 days per year) • Overtime pay daily after 8 hours • Company paid PPE, boots and safety gear • 401K w/ company match • Short-Term and Long-Term Disability insurance • Life Insurance • Travel expenses paid by HK (Per Diem nightly) Requirements • At least 18 years old • Valid US Driver's License • Good driving record (must be able to maintain insurability with HK insurance carrier) • Must be able to pass pre-hire background check, drug screen and physical • CDL (Commercial Driver License) is preferred, but not required Physical Requirements • Working both indoors and outdoors, exposed to all weather conditions • Regularly exposed to industrial environments involving equipment, elevated work areas, confined spaces, noise, dust, hazardous materials and odors • Lift/move up to 75 pounds frequently, frequently performs tasks requiring climbing, crawling, kneeling, crouching, pushing, pulling, lifting, carrying and gripping HK Solutions Group is an equal opportunity employer.
