Construction Marketing and Strategic Communication Manager New York City Currently looking for a marketing manager to fill an opening with a general Construction firm in NYC. Interested candidates should have proven work experience as a Marketing Manager or similar role in construction Duties of Manager of Marketing and Strategic Communication Reports to director of Marketing Manager of social media and classic marketing Handling company website pages such as award responses Manages all employee photos, social media. Detailed proposal writing Qualifications of Construction Marketing Manager Must have Niche/ proposal writer with social media background. SOFTWARE: INDESIGN. Comfortable with CHatGPT Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related Comfortable with in person meetings Marketing experience should be from AEC company (architectural, engineering, or Construction) Experience writing proposals 3-5 years experience and tech savvy Up up to 120k #NYB123 Job Type: Full-time Pay: $100,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year Benefits: • Dental insurance • Health insurance • Paid time off Work Location: In person
