Construction Painter

This is for well experienced painters only. This will be high height work, 44 stories exterior!!!We're hiring an experienced Industrial Painter to join our team. This will be spraying two-part epoxy onto to louvers. ​The ideal candidate has proven spray experience and holds a validSwing ​Stage ​certification, OSHA 30 and STS. Responsibilities include preparing surfaces, mixing paint, and operating spray equipment on various industrial projects. Responsibilities * Prepare surfaces by cleaning, sanding, and masking as needed. * Mix and thin paints to achieve proper consistency and color matching. * Operate spray guns and other painting equipment with precision. * Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work area. * Inspect finished work for quality and adherence to specifications. Qualifications * Proven experience as an industrial painter with spray application. * Swings Stage certification is required. * Strong knowledge of different types of industrial coatings and application techniques. * Ability to read and interpret technical documents and blueprints. * Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to quality craftsmanship.
