Construction Project Accountant - 100% in office located in Phoenix • Construction accounting experience is a must - The candidate needs to understand and have experience with Progress billing, AIA, conditional and unconditional lien waivers, and preliminary notices. Experience interacting with General Contractors and vendors is important. • Duties will include billing, job set up in the accounting system, data entry, running reports for the Controller, working with Project Managers to enter job budgets, receiving and posting payments, depositing checks, sales tax processing and compliance, other duties as assigned • ComputerEase is the accounting software they'll be working with so if you happen across somebody with experience in the program then that would be a huge plus. • Position is full time in office.
