Construction Project Manager (8+ years exp. req.)

Job Summary We’re hiring an experienced Project Manager to lead project planning, delivery, procurement, and logistics across our operations. This is an on-site role at our Abington, PA office requiring occasional travel. Ideal candidates will have strong project management experience in the construction or industrial B2B sectors, along with a solid background in supply chain logistics and vendor management. Key Responsibilities Project Management • Develop and manage detailed project plans, schedules, budgets, and timelines. • Monitor project progress and proactively manage risks. • Coordinate resources including staff, materials, and equipment. • Track and verify inventory availability for each project. • Collaborate with sales on delivery schedules and project timelines. • Review and approve invoices; manage project-related financials. • Create and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs). • Lead safety training and ensure compliance with safety protocols. Procurement • Build and maintain relationships with vendors and clients. • Conduct vendor visits and manage ongoing communication. • Issue purchase orders and maintain accurate vendor documentation. • Monitor and update trucking rates and shipping information. • Identify and account for tariffs, duties, and customs requirements. Logistics • Prepare and manage Bills of Lading (BOLs). • Coordinate shipments and communicate with trucking companies and brokers. • Verify shipment accuracy and troubleshoot delivery issues. • Maintain quality control reports and documentation. Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree required. • 8+ years of project management experience (preferably in construction or industrial B2B). • Experience with Acello is a plus! • Experience in supply chain, inventory management, and procurement. • Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills. • Proficiency with project management and logistics tools/software.
