Construction Project Manager

Summary:We’re seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Construction Project Manager to lead commercial interior fit-outs and national rollout projects. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, can manage multiple projects simultaneously, and knows how to drive results from preconstruction through closeout. Primary Responsibilities · Oversee interior construction projects ranging from $50K to $500K, including national rollout and multi-site programs · Manage project schedules, budgets, subcontractors, and client communications from start to finish · Coordinate closely with estimators, suppliers, and field teams to ensure timely and cost-effective execution · Conduct site visits, scope reviews, and progress tracking to maintain quality and safety standards · Resolve issues quickly and efficiently to keep projects on track · Support estimating and bidding efforts as needed for upcoming projects Required Qualifications: · 3+ years of experience managing commercial interior construction projects · Proven ability to lead multiple projects under tight deadlines · Experience with national rollout or multi-site programs is a strong plus · Strong organizational and communication skills · Proficiency in project management tools and Microsoft Excel (required) Benefits: • Health Insurance • Dental Insurance • Vision Insurance • Paid Time Off • 401k + 401k matching Job Type: Full-time Ability to Commute: • Irving, TX 75063 (Required) Work Location: Hybrid remote in Irving, TX 75063
