Construction Project Manager

Job Summary We are seeking a skilled and experienced Construction Project Manager to oversee and manage reconstruction projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This role requires strong leadership skills, effective communication, and a comprehensive understanding of construction processes and project management methodologies. Responsibilities • Lead and manage all phases of construction projects, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets. • Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure project specifications are met. • Develop and maintain project schedules using industry software DASH. • Prepare and manage contracts, ensuring compliance with insurance requirements and company policies. • Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and address any issues that arise. • Oversee the preparation of project estimates and budgets. • Ensure all work is performed in accordance with safety regulations and industry standards. • Facilitate communication between the insurance companies, the third party administrator, and the property owner • Review blueprints and technical drawings to ensure accurate implementation on-site. Skills • Proficiency in industry software Xactimate and DASH. • Strong understanding of construction estimating techniques and contract management. • Excellent project management skills with the ability to lead teams effectively. • Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings accurately. • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail. • Effective communication skills, both verbal and written. • Problem-solving abilities to address challenges that may arise during the construction process. • Knowledge of industry standards and best practices in construction management.
