Summary We are looking for a Construction Project Manager to join our dynamic Floorcovering Team at B. T. Mancini Co., Inc. In this role, you will oversee construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Your leadership will be vital in driving project success and fostering a culture of safety. Responsibilities • Lead and manage construction projects from planning through execution. • Develop project schedules and ensure timely completion of milestones. • Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and stakeholders to facilitate project progress. • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards throughout the project lifecycle. • Prepare and manage project budgets, financial reports & schedule of values. • Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and address any issues that arise. Requirements • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field preferred. • Proven experience as a Project Manager in the construction industry. • Strong knowledge of construction processes, contracts, and regulations. • Familiarity with construction management software such as ProCore, Primavera, or similar tools is a plus. • Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. • Strong communication and leadership skills to manage teams and stakeholders.
