Project Manager – Bacari Operations LLC Employment Type:1099 Contractor Or W-2 Salary Range:$140,000–$155,000Role Overview:As a Construction-Project Manager at Bacari Operations LLC, you will oversee and manage new build outs of restaurants projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Your leadership will be pivotal in driving project success and fostering a collaborative team environment.Key Responsibilities: • Project Planning & Execution:Develop comprehensive construction & project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation. Oversee the execution of these plans, ensuring alignment with project goals and objectives. • Budget Management:Allocate and manage project budgets, ensuring cost-effectiveness and adherence to financial constraints. • Team Leadership & Collaboration:Lead and motivate project teams, assigning tasks based on individual strengths and expertise. Foster a collaborative environment to achieve project objectives. • Stakeholder Communication:Serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, providing regular updates and addressing concerns promptly. • Risk Management:Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize impact on project timelines and outcomes. • Quality Assurance:Monitor project progress to ensure adherence to quality standards and make adjustments as necessary to maintain project integrity. • Problem-Solving & Decision-Making:Address challenges proactively, making informed decisions to keep projects on track and within scope. Skills and Qualifications: • Education:Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business, ) or 10+ years of equivalent work experience. • Experience:Proven experience in project management, preferably within the restaurant industry (retail and commercial sectors). • Technical Skills:Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Microsoft Project, SmartSheet). • Leadership & Communication:Strong leadership, organizational, and interpersonal communication skills • Attributes:Detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of working under pressure to meet deadlines.
