Job Description Leading integrated construction and engineering firm seeks a Construction Project Manager with 7-10 years' experience in commercial and/or institutional construction project management. This position requires a degree in a related field, excellent communication skills, and experience with MS Office, Microsoft Project, and Timberline. Additionally, a familiarity with estimating software, AutoCAD, Revit, or Navisworks is desirable. The successful candidate will demonstrate an ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, and have experience with ground-up construction management, including development of all project documentation and correspondence, scheduling, safety, and cost control. The Project Manager will direct the activities of our field personnel and subcontractors engaged in executing work, and will be expected to understand, analyze, and interpret drawings, specifications, and submittals to coordinate and oversee all phases of construction. The Project Manager will be responsible for communicating with all project partners, estimating project costs, developing project schedules and budgets, and ensuring that work is completed successfully within them. The Project Manager will be expected to maintain a high degree of direct client contact and will run weekly project meetings and prepare report documentation.
