Job Description
Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Construction Project Manager to oversee and coordinate various construction projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a deep understanding of construction processes, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. This role requires effective communication with stakeholders, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within scope, and according to specifications.
Duties
• Manage and coordinate all aspects of construction projects, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.
• Develop project plans, including schedules.
• Utilize construction management software such as Buildertrend for project tracking and reporting.
• Review specifications, and related documents to understand the scope of work.
• Collaborate with subcontractors and team members to facilitate smooth project execution. Solicit and analyze quotes from subcontractors. Evaluate bids for accuracy, completeness, and competitiveness.
• Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, address issues, and ensure safety standards are met.
• Prepare project documentation including reports, change orders, and progress updates.
• Implement project coordination strategies to streamline operations and improve efficiency.
• Prepare and submit competitive bids for construction projects. Work with the team to ensure that all components of the bid are accurate and complete.
• Develop detailed cost estimates for all phases of the construction process, including materials, labor, equipment, and subcontractor work. Ensure that estimates are comprehensive and reflect the project’s true cost.
Requirements
• Proven experience as a Construction Project Manager or similar role in the construction industry.
• Proficiency in construction management software.
• Strong knowledge of project management principles and practices.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Effective communication skills for interacting with clients, team members, and stakeholders at all levels.
• Ability to read and interpret schematics and blueprints accurately.
• Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering high-quality results.
• A degree in Construction Management or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.

Pay: $80,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
