Responsibilities: • Oversee all aspects of the project from start to finish, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met. • Manage the performance of subcontractors, vendors, and coordination with public agencies to ensure compliance with all regulations and permits. • Work closely with tenants during the construction process to finalize finishes, choose equipment, and coordinate specialty items. • Ensure the smooth delivery and installation of materials, furniture, fixtures, and equipment. • Monitor project financials and ensure all necessary documentation is completed for financial closeouts. What We’re Looking For: • 5+ years of experience in construction project management or superintendent roles. • Presently lives and works in Southern Nevada. • Strong ability to read plans and specifications, with a solid understanding of construction methods and building codes. • Experience managing contractors, subcontractors, and vendors while keeping projects on track and on budget. • Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to work with diverse teams and personalities. • Ability to manage sensitive project timelines and deliver results under pressure. • OSHA 30 certification preferred.
