Construction Superintendent/Project Manager

Job Summary We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Construction Site Superintendent to oversee and manage construction of our project from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in single family construction, with expertise in project scheduling and quality control. This role requires effective communication and leadership skills to ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and in compliance with safety regulations. Duties • Manage all phases of construction, grading, underground, and vertical, ensuring adherence to the construction schedule. • Coordinate with subcontractors. • Six days a week on site. • Implement safety protocols in accordance with OSHA regulations to maintain a safe work environment. • Provide leadership and supervision to subcontractors, fostering a collaborative work environment. Experience3 years or more • Proven experience in meeting construction schedule. • Familiarity with construction quality control processes. • Strong knowledge of underground construction. • Demonstrated ability to read blueprints and schematics accurately. • Previous supervisory experience in a construction setting is essential. • Proficient in the use of Excel software tool. • Knowledge of industry standards and regulations related to construction safety.
