Role Description Golden Creek Construction, LLC is seeking a full-time Taper for an on-site role located in Clark County, NV. As a Taper, you will be responsible for applying tape and mud to walls and ceilings to prepare them for painting or wallpapering. You will work alongside other construction professionals in a fast-paced work environment, and must have the ability to work effectively in a team setting, as well as travel all over Clark County to various job sites. Qualifications • At least 2 years of experience as a Taper • Knowledge of drywall and plaster repair techniques • Familiarity with tools such as trowels, joint knives, and sanders • Physical ability to lift and move heavy objects • Excellent attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently • Strong communication skills to work well with team members and clients • OSHA certification is a plus Additional Requirements • Reliable transportation to and from job sites • Monday - Friday with possible occasional weekends.
