Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Construction Laborer to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist in various construction tasks, ensuring that projects are completed efficiently and safely. This role requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and a commitment to maintaining a safe work environment. Responsibilities • Assist in the preparation and cleanup of job sites, including loading and unloading materials. • Operate hand tools and power tools as directed by supervisors. • Follow safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a secure work environment for all team members. • Support skilled tradespeople in their tasks, including carpentry, plumbing, and electrical work. • Maintain cleanliness and organization of tools and equipment on-site. • Perform physical labor such as lifting heavy materials, digging trenches, and moving debris. • Communicate effectively with team members to ensure smooth workflow and project completion. Requirements • Previous experience in construction or a related field is preferred but not mandatory. • Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting up to 50 pounds. • Familiarity with basic hand tools and safety equipment is an advantage. • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately. • Willingness to work in various weather conditions and adapt to changing job site environments. • Must be reliable, punctual, and possess a strong work ethic.
