Construction Worker

Job Overview We are seeking dedicated and hardworking Construction Laborers to join our team. In this role, you will assist in various construction projects, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and safely. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, a willingness to learn, and the ability to work well in a team environment. Responsibilities • Assist skilled tradespeople in the construction and renovation of buildings and structures • Perform general labor tasks such lifting, and carrying materials • Operate hand tools and power tools safely and effectively • Maintain a clean and organized job site by removing debris and hazardous materials • Follow safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment for all team members • Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members regarding project progress and any issues that arise Skills • Ability to follow instructions and work collaboratively within a team • Have experience removing popcorn from ceilings, compounding and sanding ceilings • Experience with drywall • Experience with recess lighting • Basic knowledge of construction methods, tools, and safety practices is preferred • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail • Willingness to learn new skills and take on additional responsibilities as needed • Good communication skills to interact with team members and supervisors Join us in building a better future through quality construction work!
