Construction Worker

We are a small, hands-on residential contracting company seeking a reliable and hardworking Construction Laborer to join our team. We do full scale home remodeling as well as smaller projects for homeowner clients. This includes (but is not limited to) kitchens, bathrooms, basements, additions, doors, windows, siding, roofing, flooring, framing, light mechanical work (plumbing, electrical, HVAC), all the way as large as full single and multi-family buildings. We also handle basic property maintenance for dozens of properties in the Philadelphia area. This is a full-time position (30–40 hours per week) with job sites located throughout Philadelphia and up to 45 minutes outside the city. Pay ranges from $20–$30 per hour depending on skill level and experience. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, the ability to work independently or as part of a small crew, and reliable transportation to travel between job sites. Responsibilities will vary day to day and may include full manual labor, as well as lighter tasks like making deliveries, scheduling pickups, and handling occasional administrative duties. Some days will require working alone, while others will involve collaborating with a small team depending on the workload. Applicants with prior construction experience, a variety of trade skills (e.g., carpentry, drywall, painting, plumbing, electrical), and their own tools will be given priority.
