Construction Worker

Job Overview: We are seeking a reliable and physically fit Construction Laborer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting in the construction process, ensuring that projects are completed efficiently and safely. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic and be willing to learn and adapt to various construction tasks. Duties: - Roofing, painting, asphalt, sealcoating - Perform general labor tasks such as digging, hauling, and lifting materials - Assist in the installation of building materials and equipment - Operate heavy machinery and equipment such as forklifts, cranes, and dump trucks - Clean and maintain work areas, tools, and equipment - Assist in the loading and unloading of materials and supplies - Follow safety protocols and wear personal protective equipment as required - Collaborate with other construction laborers and tradespeople to complete projects - Perform tasks as assigned by supervisors and project managers Experience: - Previous experience in construction or a related field is required - Physical stamina and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment - Ability to lift and move heavy objects and materials - Basic knowledge of construction processes and safety procedures - Ability to work at heights and in confined spaces - Willingness to learn and take direction from supervisors Skills: - Construction laborer skills - Construction experience - Physical labor experience - Construction safety - Construction laborer - Construction labor Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Temporary Pay: $25.00 - $32.00 per hour Benefits: • Flexible schedule • Fuel card • Fuel discount • Opportunities for advancement • Tools provided Work Location: Remote
