Deine Mission 

Als Consultant für Agile Methoden agierst du in operativen agilen Rollen für namenhafte Accenture-Kunden aus den unterschiedlichsten Branchen. Darüber hinaus bringst du deine Erfahrungen und Expertise in unseren Transformationsprojekten ein und unterstützt unsere Kunden bei der erfolgreichen Umsetzung. Zusätzlich entwickelst du unsere Trainingskonzepte und Inhalte weiter und übernimmst schrittweise immer mehr Verantwortung in der Durchführung dieser. 

Bei Accenture gestaltest du dir selbst das Umfeld, in dem du aufgehst – mit Arbeitsweisen, die zu dir passen. Du bleibst flexibel. Und wirst Teil eines Teams voller einzigartiger Menschen, die gemeinsam etwas bewegen. Diese Position ist in Voll- und Teilzeit möglich.

Das erwartet dich 

  • Du ĂĽbernimmst methodische Verantwortung in agilen Teams (z.B. Scrum, Kanban, XP) und hilfst deinem Kunden dabei, agile Prozesse und Prinzipien einzusetzen und zu optimieren

  • Du ĂĽbernimmst operative Rollen in den von unseren Kunden angewendeten Vorgehensmodellen und unterstĂĽtzt deinen Kunden dabei die Möglichkeiten von agilen Arbeitsweisen bestmöglich auszuschöpfen. Hierzu zählen neben der Rolle als Scrum Master unter anderem auch der Release oder Solution Train Engineer

  • Du berätst unsere globalen Kunden der Luftfahrt-, Automobil- und Energiebranche und treibst die digitale Transformation voran

  • Du schaffst Transparenz im Projektmanagement und befähigst den Kunden, Hindernisse selbstständig aufzulösen

  • Apropos agil: Du erarbeitest innovative Beratungsansätze und bist Teil unseres aktiven Wissensmanagements, weil dir Weiterentwicklung wichtig ist

  • Deinen Footprint in der digitalen und agilen Welt baust du durch die Teilnahme an Conventions und Events aus
