Consultant -Data Operations Analyst (Life Sciences)

Job Responsibilities

• Analyse, preprocess, and load data files (Excel/CSV) from various industry sources into the Model N Customer Master.
• Identify, analyse, and resolve data or process issues, including manual updates.
• Track and monitor the status of regularly scheduled data loads.
• Collaborate with managers and stakeholders to support informed decision-making.
• Adapt to changing business requirements and processes, working collaboratively with the team to achieve goals.
• Provide support and information for special projects such as system enhancements, process changes, testing, and system implementations.

Job Qualification

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration strongly preferred.
• Minimum of 2+ years’ experience in managing and processing data, ideally within the US Pharmaceutical industry.
• Proficiency in Excel, including PIVOT tables and LOOKUP functions.
• Basic knowledge of databases and SQL, including ability to construct simple queries and interpret results.
• Ability to work with software packages, especially business intelligence packages (ideally LOOKER).
• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to handle large amounts of data.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience working independently under mandated deadlines, as well as working effectively in a team setting.
• Additionally, the following qualifications are preferred, but not required:
• Experience within US Pharmaceutical industry performing chargebacks validations, resolving customer and membership errors.
• Familiarity with DEA/HIN files, GPO rosters, and Class of Trade assignments.
