Your Role and Responsibilities

• Frame and implement web / mobile innovation projects concerning marketing & sales innovative payments customer journey / experience social business
• Redefine organizations improve business processes and contribute to the choice of appropriate software packages
• Design and implement IS solutions for the insurance business

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

• Master 2 student (CTI-accredited engineering school or business school / Master’s degree) with a specialization in digital transformation management finance or supply chain – A dual business/technical curriculum will be valued.
• Bilingual French/English (written and spoken) (minimum level C1)
• Comfortable with Microsoft Office suite (Excel PowerPoint) and good writing skills
• Curious proactive and collaborative ready to take on complex challenges and work as part of a team in an international and often multicultural environment.
• Technical skills: AMS 3.0 concepts with a strong interest in Automation and AI Generation. Knowledge of Cloud environments (AWS Azure Google Cloud Red Hat) is a plus.
• Consulting skills: ability to understand and formalize solutions prepare support materials for customers and communicate effectively with them.
• Functional skills: interest in process optimization and digital transformation in a variety of sectors (banking industry public services etc.).
• Strong financial analysis and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and team spirit in an international context (delivery centers in France Europe or India).
