We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior SAP O2C (Order-to-Cash) Consultant to join our team.
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in SAP O2C module implementations and optimizations.
Your role and responsibilities
- Lead and manage SAP O2C implementation and optimization projects ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior consultants including code reviews design reviews and training.
- Collaborate with project managers business analysts and other stakeholders to understand client requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Design develop configure and customize SAP O2C modules including Sales Shipping Billing and Collections.
- Perform system testing user acceptance testing and post-implementation support.
- Conduct gap analysis between client's current systems and target SAP O2C systems and recommend solutions.
- Stay updated with the latest developments in SAP O2C technologies.
- Prepare and present project status reports to management and clients.
- Lead process improvement initiatives within the O2C cycle identifying and implementing efficiencies.
- Contribute to the development of best practices methodologies and reusable assets for future O2C implementations.

Required technical and professional expertise
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration Information Systems or a related field. An advanced degree in Project Management or a related discipline would be an asset.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience with at least 5 years in an SAP environment.
- Proven experience in delivering large-scale SAP implementations or transformations.
- Strong understanding of SAP O2C solutions.
- Excellent leadership communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
Preferred technical and professional experience
- SAP certifications are preferred.
- Proficiency in project management tools such as Microsoft Project Jira or similar.
- Fluency in multiple languages particularly French for working with SAP products
