Your role

As a Consultant, you are an expert at contributing to different phases of the consulting lifecycle. You will be intensely involved in; you will define the problem, propose and refine the solution. You will also play an important role in the development, configuration and deployment of the overall solution. You will guide teams on project processes, deliverables and contribute to the proposal development, client training and internal capability-building and help detail the project scope. You will have the opportunity to shape value-adding consulting solutions that enable our clients to meet the changing needs of the global landscape.

Required
• Experience in L2 Application Support role preferably from Finance or Banking Industry
• Technically proficient in UNIX/LINUX, Oracle PLSQL, Shell Scripting, Autosys, Batch Monitoring, Automation Tools Familiarity with ITIL processes (Certification preferred)
• Experience in Major Incident management, Problem Management, Change Management, Request Management
• Perform the full spectrum of Production Support responsibilities, based on the ITIL Framework: Incident and Problem
• Have very strong communication skills(written & verbal) and must be able to: leverage your influencing skills to gain
Good to Have - SRE, Automation and efficiency Improvement : A person who is passionate about the new tools ( SPLUNK, APPDYNAMIC, etc.), technologies ( Unix, Oracle, Java, Informatica etc.), and processes ( ITIL, DevOps, Agile) and adopt them in the working environment to increase the efficiency and effectiveness

Preferred
SRE Flavor would be additional advantage
