Position Summary

Deloitte Consulting LLP seeks a Consulting, Senior Consultant in Dallas, Texas and various unanticipated Deloitte office locations and client sites nationally.

Work You'll Do
Enable end-to-end journey from On-Premise to Cloud; may perform design and development within the following focus areas: Cloud messaging, ground-to-Cloud connectivity, Cloud Strategy, Operating Model Transformation, Cloud Development, Cloud Integration and Application Programming Interfaces (APIs), Cloud Migration, Cloud Infrastructure and Engineering, and Cloud Managed Services. Drive various aspects of the full Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), which may include requirements gathering, application configuration design, business process analysis, scripting, code deployments, enhancement validation, triage of defects and change requests, and escalations of urgent issues. Design and develop data governance standards, roles and responsibilities; design data conversion strategies and facilitate data conversion, mapping and cleansing workshops to support the clients' conversion to Cloud. Perform assessments of existing information systems, identify gaps between business requirements and current system capabilities, and estimate time and resources needed for the development work. Transform detailed requirements into a complete, detailed systems design document; support creation of interface specifications and call flows for the various components in the design.

• 50% Travel required nationally.
• Telecommuting permitted.
• Work location includes various unanticipated Deloitte office locations and client sites nationally.

Requirements
Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Business Administration, any STEM field, or a related field. Must have 2 years of related work experience in the job offered or in a related occupation. Position requires 2 years of related work experience in each of the following:

• Designing conversion strategies and mapping rules between legacy data and the current system database to facilitate data conversion;
• Performing implementation and integration of Cloud-based solutions, utilizing Salesforce, Informatica, MuleSoft, and Agile methodology;
• Developing and reviewing required project documentation, including Microsoft (MS) Visio, PowerPoint, Data Loader, Soap UI, Salesforce, Informatica, MuleSoft, and Agile presentations, gap analysis reports, process flow diagrams, roles and responsibilities documentation, and process documents;
• Working across all phases of the Agile, Hybrid, and Waterfall lifecycle to design, develop, test, and implement Cloud-based applications, utilizing Visio, PowerPoint, Data Loader, Soap UI, Salesforce, Informatica, MuleSoft, and Agile for enterprise-level clients in a Cloud environment;
• Interfacing directly with client stakeholders to gather functional and technical requirements, analyze client requirements, and translate requirements into project designs to deliver solutions that satisfy client needs, utilizing Visio, PowerPoint, Data Loader, Soap UI, Salesforce, Informatica, MuleSoft, and Agile;
• Designing and delivering user manuals and training for solutions to ensure successful implementation, adoption, and maintenance in client environment, utilizing Visio, PowerPoint, Data Loader, Soap UI, Salesforce, Informatica, MuleSoft, and Agile;
• Utilizing Visio, PowerPoint, Data Loader, Soap UI, Salesforce, Informatica, MuleSoft, and Agile to support and perform Integration Quality Assurance (QA), Functional Testing, Smoke Testing, Regression Testing, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) coordination to ensure successful design and implementation of project solutions.

Hours: M-F, 40 hours/week.
