Consulting, Senior Solution Specialist

Position Summary

Deloitte Consulting LLP seeks a Consulting, Senior Solution Specialist in Mechanicsburg, Pennsylvania and various unanticipated Deloitte office locations and client sites nationally.

Work You'll Do
Drive software development and implementation services to address manufacturing, financial, human resources, customer relationship management, supply chain, and other business needs, utilizing SAP products. Synthesize overall operations strategy by analyzing a wide variety of business solutions; select the most relevant SAP tools and techniques to meet specific requirements, including business case, pricing, or complex financial analysis and interpreting and reporting on outputs. Drive the design, configuration, test, and support of SAP business modules to develop technical objects, including module and reports. Perform assessments of existing information systems and identify gaps between business requirements and current system capabilities; estimate time and resources needed for the development work. Transform detailed requirements into a complete, detailed systems design document; support creation of interface specifications and call flows for the various components in the design.

Requirements
Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Business Administration, any STEM field, or a related field. Must have 2 years of related work experience in the job offered or in a related occupation. Position requires 2 years of related work experience in each of the following:
• Utilizing SAP Business warehouse administrative workbench, SAP Hana Studio to drive software development and implementation services of SAP Business Warehouse (BW) and SAP HANA for purposes of developing clients Management Accounting Ledger & processes;
• Driving various aspects of the full software development lifecycle for SAP implementation, which include requirement gathering, business process analysis, scripting, code deployments, enhancement validation, triage of defects and change requests, escalations and urgent issues using SAP Solution Manager (Solman), Confluence, and Jira;
• Building, configuring and monitoring interfaces to integrate SAP BW and HANA with SAP Central Finance (CFin), SAP Profitability and Performance Management (PaPM), and Anaplan;
• Driving the creation of technical and functional specifications, including screen layouts, navigation flows, logic diagrams, data models, process models, and pseudo code, to be used for application development, utilizing SQL script, ABAP, SAP BW, and NetWeaver;
• Developing Technical Design Documents (TDD) from Functional Design Documents (FDD) for various Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Enhancements, and Form objects utilizing Confluence and Jira;
• Defining systems strategy and support procedures, developing systems requirements, designing, prototyping, testing, training, and implementing technology-enabled business solutions for clients, utilizing Microsoft Suite, Confluence, and Jira;
• Adhere to product life cycle management design and developments using SAP BW and SAP Native HANA;
• Driving the design of Automated Finance postings in SAP HANA for integration and to work with global development teams to develop scalable solutions.

Hours: M-F, 40 hours/week.
