Job Description
Position Summary
Deloitte Consulting LLP seeks a Consulting, Specialist Master in San Jose, California and various unanticipated Deloitte office locations and client sites nationally.
Work You'll Do
Manage information technology projects, including data cleansing and conversions, interface design/development, and systems development life cycle for the development of Cloud-based technologies. Manage end-to-end journey from On-Premise to Cloud by leading the design and development within the following focus areas: Cloud messaging, ground-to-Cloud connectivity, Cloud Strategy, Op Model Transformation, Cloud Development, Cloud Integration & APIs, Cloud Migration, Cloud Infrastructure & Engineering, and Cloud Managed Services. Manage various aspects of the full software development life cycle, which includes requirements gathering, application configuration design, business process analysis, scripting, code deployments, enhancement validation, triage of defects and change requests, escalations and urgent issues. Perform role of counselor and coach; actively participate in staff recruitment and retention activities; provide leadership and support for delivery teams and staff. Serve as a technical liaison between the business, project team and developers/testers; and work with IT infrastructure teams to deploy and maintain applications.

Requirements
Master's degree or foreign equivalent in Business Administration, any STEM field, or a related field. Must have 3 years of related work experience in the job offered or in a related occupation. In the alternative, the employer will accept a Bachelor's degree (or foreign equivalent) and 5 years of progressive related work experience. Position requires 3 years of related work experience in each of the following:
--Utilizing Agile methodology, Azure Boards, Jira, and Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) to manage the design and development of Cloud-based Enterprise Integration Platform, with a focus on Cloud messaging, ground-to-Cloud connectivity, Cloud Strategy, Op Model Transformation, Cloud Development, Cloud Integration & APIs, Cloud Migration, Cloud Infrastructure & Engineering, and Cloud Managed Services;
--Managing technical teams to architect, build, and deploy multi-Cloud solutions with a combination of integration Platform as a Service (iPaaS), Software as a Service (SaaS), and Infrastructure as a Service (IaaS), including MuleSoft Anypoint Platform, Microsoft (MS) Azure, and Salesforce to support enterprise clients;
--Defining, tracking, and measuring overall department performance and metrics, creating project charters, schedules, and plans, defining project tasks, allocating resources and monitoring project progress, utilizing Azure Boards, MS Project Plan, and Agile methodologies;
--Defining systems strategy and support procedures, developing systems requirements, designing, prototyping, testing, training, and implementing technology solutions, using Anypoint Platform, Design Center, and API Testing tools, including SOAP UI and Postman;
--Managing teams in designing solutions within Cloud infrastructures, using MuleSoft Anypoint Platform, Amazon Web Services (AWS), and MS Azure;
--Managing the development, communication, and implementation of organizations' DevOps capabilities, including continuous integration, continuous test automation, continuous delivery pipelines, and application monitoring, using Azure Pipelines and Git code repository;
--Managing various aspects of the full Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), including requirements gathering, application configuration design, business process analysis, scripting, code deployments, enhancement validation, triage of defects and change requests, and escalations and urgent issues.

Hours: M-F, 40 hours/week;
Annual Salary: $191,464.00 - $241,000.00.
