Role: Consulting Team Lead

We are seeking a proactive, confident self-starter, that excels in competitive environments, to take on the role of Consulting Team Lead.

You love to lead and mentor teams effectively while navigating challenges with an unwavering focus on delivering on your team’s utilization goals and also yours.

You possess an analytical style of thinking and are capable of strategically juggling multiple tasks simultaneously. You are restless and your impatient spirit is fueled by enthusiasm and optimism, and your passion.

You will be the driving force leading one of our fast paced and forward-thinking consulting teams (5 to 10 individuals) and reporting up to a Consulting Manager.

Your major responsibilities include:

• Leading, managing and advising your team
• Accurate daily forecasting and resourcing of your team
• Accountability for your team achieving 75% utilization
• Delivering your personal billable utilization of 30%
• Assisting your team with client relationships and delivering high quality outcomes
• Proactive reporting to your Consulting Manager
