This remote role is not tightly linked to a physical location and provides flexibility in where, when and how you accomplish your work. Remote employees are expected to have a dedicated, quiet and distraction-free work space and an internet connection that's sufficient for completing their job remotely.
Job Summary
The Customer Analytics Analyst will enable data-driven decision-making. This is a data-centric role that will leverage analytical methods and tools to analyze and assess business performance through a compilation of survey response and operational data.
Job Responsibilities• Leverage multiple data sources to collect, process, design, develop, maintain, and perform statistical analysis to extract insights from data to inform business decisions and improve organizational performance• Process, clean, and organize large datasets for established reporting and custom analysis• Skilled application of statistical analysis methods. Examples: modeling, forecasting, Correlations and Regression, Key Driver Analysis (KDA).• Utilize various tools to integrate data from disparate data sources that identify trends, patterns, challenges, opportunities, and insights in data that has implications for achieving H-D business goals• Develop streamlined approaches for the transition of analytical output into simple, clear reports or dashboards• Communicating findings and recommendations to non-technical stakeholders• Collaborate with internal team and cross functional partners to ensure business opportunities and issues identified are customer-centric, thoroughly defined and understood, data-driven solutions• Communicate findings and insights from analyses in order to influence strategies and decisions of key stakeholders and partners• Pursue continuous improvement and evaluate processes on an ongoing basis• Manage department inbox to support Dealerships, Field teams, and Project Stakeholders

Bachelor's Degree Preferred
Education Specifications
Bachelor's degree preferable in Business, Finance, Statistics, Market Research, Computer Science, Mathematics, Data Science, Operations and Technology Management, Supply Chain Management, Mathematics or a related field
Experience Requirements• Typically requires a minimum of 2 years business analysis experience, preferably focused on Business/Marketing/Statistics/Finance type data analyst roles.• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills• Advanced working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Data Analytic tools and report development• Advanced working knowledge of Power Point - build decks with strong data visualization that tells a story to a non-technical audience• Experience working with large datasets or data marts with exposure to heavy data lifting, interfacing with APIs, cleaning, and preparation• Proficiency in statistical analysis software such as R or Python, SQL, Power BI, Access• Willingness to learn and adapt to new software tools (i.e. Alteryx, Business Objects), datasets, and business challenges• Highly efficient and skilled user of standard computer applications including Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook or related applications• Understanding of business forecasting and analytical methods• Must be thorough, detail-oriented, and demonstrate personal integrity• Must have an ability and desire to learn• Strong planning, project management, organizational, and time management skills• Strong communication and collaboration skills are essential as you will often work in cross-functional teams - Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills• Ability to work and problem solve independently and clearly communicate technical concepts with a diverse set of stakeholders

The pay range shown represents the national average pay range for this role. Your pay may be more or less than the stated range and is dependent on your geographic location and level of experience.
